Robert Arnone is a seasoned property management professional with a career spanning nearly two decades. As the founder of RCA Management Properties, Robert has been instrumental in delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to clients since entering the field in 2006.
Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Bryant University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Fordham University. He is currently pursuing his MBA at Cornell University, further strengthening his expertise in business and leadership.
A veteran of the Army National Guard, Robert served with distinction for two years, demonstrating his commitment to discipline, teamwork, and service. His professional education includes earning the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where he was recognized as Property Manager of the Year for the New Jersey Chapter.
Additionally, Robert holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations through the Community Association Institute (CAI). He has been deeply involved in CAI New Jersey, serving in various roles over the years, including eight years on the editorial committee. His contributions to the field include numerous published articles on multifamily and community association management.
