   We are the owners of a four-story building in Bayonne, New Jersey with 17 residential units and a store.   We hired RCA Management to manage our building and they have done an excellent job in taking over the responsibilities and challenges.   They are highly professional and responsive to the needs of the building and the tenants. Their accounting and reporting method is detailed and well documented.  We strongly recommend RCA for property management and related brokerage services.

   The recent cold weather reminds me of the wonderful response of RCA Management I experienced on Christmas Eve (2022). In single digit weather, the staff were on the scene to manage a frozen pipe emergency that deprived tenants of water and heat. They made sure that the crisis was resolved that night, never leaving over the hours it took to make things right.

   I lived at one of the RCA properties, and let me just say it was definitely the best first apartment I could’ve ever had in my life. Being young there’s so many things that you worry about (especially being on your own- and I was far away from family) Robert and his staff were extremely helpful and always there at ANY time I needed them. We had a few incidents! But Robert always made sure I was okay and my neighbors. He assured us every thing was going to be okay and fixed the issues very quickly! I’m extremely sad to be leaving, but will recommend anyone to do business with them! He’s great!

This is how I feel about Robert from RCA management I know that a job will always be well done so far Robert has shown me all of the above.
I work in the operations department for Brookfield properties and deal with commercial retail tenants. Based on my experience I think Robert makes a excellent building manager and managers apartments with high expectations that I have. It is with great confidence that I would recommend RCA management and Robert to manage any of my properties in the future.

RCA Property managment is an ABSOLUTE GOD SEND to a average joe shmo invester like myself ..

I am a full time union construction worker that was looking to invest in a 2 family property in bayonne to gain another income, and set some generational wealth aside for my future family..

After a year of owning the property by myself ( before RCA)  I was ready to call it quits..
-between dealing with my tenants
-finding potential tenants
-the repairs that had to be made
-fighting to get the rent that was owed
-Renovations
-traveling to the property back and fourth
-working a full time job
-etc etc etc

then came across RCA PROPERTY MANAGMENT on google

Rob and his team are not only professional and knowledgeable
they run the tightest ship I have ever seen

Soup to nuts they handle everything you need and more!

If you are hesistant like I was, give these guys a chance, you will not be disappointed

I can sleep well at night knowing RCA is there

From maintenance, cleaning, repairs, general contracting, plumbing, tenant relations, guidance and advise, these guys are AWESOME!

   Robert for me is a good person w/ good ❤️ good looking as well 😁 very professional And understanding I never had a problem reaching him or his office...as soon as I called for any damage in the apartment he sent people to fix it. Highly recommended 👍👍
