Robert Arnone, CMCA, AMS, CPM®
RCA Management was formed in 2006. Prior to starting the property management company, Robert spent 5 year of executive home building experience, holding positions which included home builder board member along with the Treasurer for Habitat for Humanity New York. With a business degree from Bryant University, Robert went on to a successful career in finance.  Feeling the itch that was instilled from his great grandfathers down to his grandfather and family members that followed, that dedicated their lives toward civil service, he joined the Army National Guard.  After completing training in Fort Knox, Fort Indiantown along with Sea Girt, NJ, Robert attained the rank of E6, with the New Jersey National Guard.  He continued to pursue a career in property management by building a foundation of the highest property management industry standards. He received a certificate in property management with the New York Real Estate Institute, then attaining the ARM(accredited residential manager) designation from the Chicago Institute for Real Estate Management(IREM). Robert earned his CMCA(certified manager of community associations) and AMS(Association Management Specialist), designation from the Community Association Institute, Falls Church, VA.  Robert when on to earn the Certified Property Management designation from IREM.  A designation that meets the highest standards in the field of property management.  Having served on several committees including the Editorial Committee for CAI and nominated and the executive committee for IREM Chapter 1 participating in annual global property management summits.   In his free time he has recently graduated from the FBI Citizen Academy with 3 months training to understand the challenges the bureau faces in the new world dynamic.

With average of 10 years of management experience our staff is prepared to meet our resident needs.  With a commitment of bettering ourselves they engage their energy in not what is, but what can be.  While embracing critique to make improvements they dedicate themselves to reaching our goal meeting our residents expectations.  They continually participate in seminars offered by local and national organization including the community association institute, along with the institute for real estate management, bringing together some of the brightest minds in the industry.


maintenancestaffMaintenance Supervised Staff
Our maintenance staff averages over 21 years of residential, commercial, industrial maintenance/painting experience.  After becoming members of the maintenance staff, they work directly with our maintenance supervisor in a two week training process, where we spread our industry knowledge while learning their strengths and weaknesses. Our goal is to put our maintenance staff in a position to succeed, while providing them with a safe uplifting environment to complete their task.  This includes everything from light plumbing, electrical, design, rehabilitation, along with preservation of buildings young and old.  They have successfully completed roof and deck rehabilitation, common area design, among many other value added improvements.

Whether it’s a smile, a hello or how is your day, everyone seems to have the same opinion, what a pleasant person.  What makes our staff stand out from others is their ability to listen and learn, then implement.  The trained staff, prevents the outsourcing of services or complimenting existing vendor relations.   The staff performs services from common area maintenance, grounds landscaping, among other beautification services.  The team is trained to complete janitorial surveys while understanding resident response education.
