After becoming members of the maintenance staff, they work directly with our maintenance supervisor in a two week training process, where we spread our industry knowledge while learning their strengths and weaknesses. Our goal is to put our maintenance staff in a position to succeed, while providing them with a safe uplifting environment to complete their task. This includes everything from light plumbing, electrical, design, rehabilitation, along with preservation of buildings young and old. They have successfully completed roof and deck rehabilitation, common area design, among many other value added improvements.

Whether it’s a smile, a hello or how is your day, everyone seems to have the same opinion, what a pleasant person. What makes our staff stand out from others is their ability to listen and learn, then implement. The trained staff, prevents the outsourcing of services or complimenting existing vendor relations. The staff performs services from common area maintenance, grounds landscaping, among other beautification services. The team is trained to complete janitorial surveys while understanding resident response education.
